Using the platform
Piprani Equipment supports equipment listings, enquiries, rental requirements and inspection coordination. Use the platform only for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information. You must be authorised to act for any business you represent.
Your account and listings
Keep your account and OTP secure. List only equipment you own or are authorised to offer. Describe condition, availability, location and pricing accurately. Do not upload misleading content, another person’s confidential information or material you do not have permission to use.
Prices and availability
Listing prices and rental estimates are indicative until confirmed. Confirm taxes, transport, operator costs, deposits, insurance and any other charges in the quotation or written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not reserve equipment or complete a purchase.
Inspection and machine condition
An inspection report records observations within the inspection’s agreed scope and at the time of the visit. It is not a guarantee of future performance. Buyers and renters should review the report, verify documents and confirm suitability for their intended work.
Contracts and payments
Confirm equipment, dates, rates, payment responsibilities, maintenance, downtime, delivery and return terms in a written agreement. Transaction-specific terms govern the relevant sale, rental or inspection, subject to applicable law. Check payment instructions with the team before transferring funds.
Misuse and service access
Fraudulent listings, unauthorised access, harassment and attempts to disrupt the platform are prohibited. Access may be restricted when misuse or security concerns arise. If you believe access was restricted in error, contact the team.

Review our Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us about your transaction. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
